By scheduling an appointment with Our B.R.O.S. (Bonds Rebuilding Our Systems), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Appointment Scheduling & Confirmation
Appointments must be scheduled online or by contacting our team directly.
A confirmation email or text will be sent after booking. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
Failure to provide notice may result in restricted access to future appointments.
3. Eligibility & Requirements
Clothing Closet Pick-Up: No ID is required. However, you must provide clothing sizes before your appointment to ensure availability.
Clothing Donation Pick-Up: Donated items must be clean and in good condition (no rips, stains, or excessive wear).
Career & Financial Services: Some services may require an initial intake session before assistance can be provided.
Certification & Trade Consultations: Eligibility requirements vary by program; guidance will be provided during the appointment.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
5. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate cancellation of services.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information shared during your appointment is confidential and will only be used for service-related purposes.
We do not share or distribute your information without consent, except as required by law.
7. Service Availability
Services are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Some programs have limited capacity and may require a waiting period.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Our B.R.O.S. is committed to providing quality support services, but we are not liable for any personal or financial decisions made based on the information provided.
Participation in physical activities (such as trade training or CDL certification programs) is at your own risk.
