Our Mission
What Drives Us Forward
OUR BROS is an organization formed to provide education focused on the power of consent while addressing the stigmas surrounding violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, providing support to Black boys and men individually, as well as the families impacted in marginalized communities.
Mentorship & Peer Support
Violence and trauma isolate. Mentorship rebuilds trust, models healthy relationships, and gives Black boys and men a safe space to be seen and supported without judgment.
Spiritual Wealth
Exposure to violence, abuse, and exploitation fractures identity and spirit. Spiritual wellness restores wholeness, purpose, and a sense of self beyond what has been done to or around them.
Job Readiness & Career
Systemic violence and economic marginalization are linked. Stable employment is a pathway out of cycles of harm — we equip men with skills, confidence, and opportunities to build futures.
Fatherhood & Family Support
Unaddressed trauma from violence disrupts parenting and family bonds. We help fathers heal, break generational cycles, and show up for their children in healthy, life-affirming ways.
