Carry This Truth is a space to take the first step — to put words to what happened, at your own pace, in your own way. If there is an experience you have never spoken to anyone about, you do not have to carry it in silence anymore.
Why This Exists
Stigma keeps too many boys and men silent about the violence, abuse, and trauma they have survived. Carry This Truth was created to break that silence — to give every person a safe, judgment-free place to speak a truth they may have never spoken before.
Many boys and men carry experiences they have never spoken about. This space exists so those truths no longer have to stay locked inside.
You do not have to give your name. Share as much or as little as you want, in your own words, at your own pace.
Whatever you have been carrying, it does not define you. Speaking it — even once — is the first step toward healing.
