Ready to Work is a comprehensive workforce development program designed to remove every barrier between a man and his next opportunity. We recognize that employment challenges are often multi-layered — involving skills gaps, confidence, presentation, and access to resources — so our program addresses all of these simultaneously.
Participants receive hands-on training in resume building, interview preparation, and professional communication. They also gain access to a professional wardrobe through our Clothing Closet partnership, transportation support, and direct connections to local employers and career counselors who champion our participants.
